We reject the area of the shrinking dwelling by consistently delivering spacious, high-quality homes that stand the test of time.
Servicing the needs of Melburnians for the past decade, NAPCO has delivered functional living spaces of the highest standards of quality.

Timeless & Sustainable Living

NAPCO is passionate about producing homes with green and sustainable living in mind.

We build using materials that are sustainably sourced and minimally treated.

We include Tesla Powerwall as an option so that your home can be powered by green energy during the day, the night, rain, hail, or shine.

We also integrate native shrubs, vegetable patches, compost bins and irrigated rainwater systems.

A Home built for living

In this age of ever compacting dwelling footprint, we seek to stand apart with spacious living areas and clever storage solutions.

Our kitchens are designed to be one of the centrepieces of a NAPCO dwelling, featuring expensive stone benchtops flowing into open plan living areas.

We integrate a range of smart storage solutions throughout our homes, these include:

  • Custom joinery that maximises cupboard space,
  • Beautiful grand linen presses,
  • Spacious walk-in robes,
  • Expansive garage storage,
  • Well designed garden sheds for keeping tools and hardware out of sight.

Our core ethos is to make a positive contribution to our beautiful city of Melbourne and to do whatever we can as property developers to help our planet and the environment within which we live.

We partner with Homes for Homes, supporting less fortunate Australians and we are a long time sponsor of WWF, Plant a Tree for me! and The Great Barrier Reef Foundation.

A percentage of all homes sold in 2020 will also be contributed to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.

Importantly, we support these fantastic causes without artificially inflating the price of our homes. We will not charge you, our valued customer, any extra for our affiliations.

I want to hear about new developments.
